Shabbat dinners in Tel Aviv - hosted by Ben Yehudah 126
Tel Aviv is loud and fast, but Shabbat is where we pause. Whether you are a local, a tourist, a Lone Soldier, or you just landed at Ben Gurion yesterday, you’re welcome to join us. We saved you a seat for our next Shabbat dinner.
The Young Professionals dinners
We host Friday night Shabbat dinners an average twice a month, welcoming around 100 young professionals each time. It’s not just about the food (though the home-cooked meals are amazing) — it’s about the people.
Expect great wine, joyous singing, and the high-energy vibe 126 is famous for. You’ll feel at home, meet friends for life —
and B”H, maybe even your partner for life.
It’s the perfect way to unplug from the week and plug into something real: community.
* All food is kosher under the supervision of Badatz Yoreh De’ah (Rabbi Mahfoud).
126’s famous Kabbalat Shabbat
And before the dinner even begins, our Kabbalat Shabbat is something special.
Following modern orthodox traditions, it's soulful, powerful, and full of life — with singing that fills the room and pulls you in, whether you know the tunes or not. On a weekly basis 300+ people come just for this moment: to unplug from the week and bring in Shabbat together, as one big family.
The MEGA Shabbat Dinner events @ Hangar 11
Twice a year, we go huge. We take over the mega venue Hangar 11 for Yom Ha’atzmaut
and The Shabbat Project.
This isn't a typical synagogue dinner.
Imagine hundreds of voices singing together, incredible food, endless wine, tasty cocktails and total strangers becoming friends. It’s loud. It’s happy. And yes, people actually meet their future spouses at these tables (it happens more than you think).
Our Partners
We’re honored to collaborate with organizations such as Nefesh B’Nefesh, FIDF, JLIC, MJE, the Tel Aviv Municipality, and more.
