Celebrating Israeli independence means everything to us. We are a proudly Zionist community right here in Tel Aviv, the exact city where independence was declared. Given that many of our original community members fought in the War of Independence, we owe it to them to celebrate big.
Here’s what we have planned:
Come for the celebratory Tfila. We bring in musical instruments for a massive and loud Hallel, with a packed shul decked out in Israeli flags. You’ll see everyone from little kids to the elderly singing and dancing together before we finish with a celebratory Mishte in honor of Israel’s 78th birthday.
Start your day with Shacharit at 8:00 AM. We will do a celebratory Hallel before everyone heads out to enjoy the holiday in the city.
