Tel-Aviv & Israel

Why Volunteering Matters

Ever since October 7, Israel has been held at a standstill. But with Jews and allies of Israel around the world coming to volunteer and help rebuild our country, the impact of Tikun (repairing) and coming together to strengthen Israel has never been greater, and we are reminded that we are not alone. Volunteering doesn’t just help others in need, but has shown to make an impact on the individual doing the work. Through each story shared and each connection made, the bond between Israel and it’s supporters around the world is stronger.

About Sword of Iron

Sword of Iron - Israel Volunteer Corps is the largest volunteer network in Israel after October 7. Starting out of frustration due to the lack of English speaking opportunities after October 7, their Facebook group has now surpassed forty-seven thousand members, and has grown into a nonprofit.
